Blu Basic Package

Just the basics please!

This package includes high quality real estate photography (interiors and exteriors) highlighting your listing. Price is based upon square footage. Square footage must include finished basement and/or any additional buildings/areas to be photographed. Homes with extensive outdoor grounds will incur additional surcharge.

Up to 2,000 sf $250.00 - add $50 per additional 1,000 sf

Blu Signature Social Package

Our most popular package!

Blu Signature Social includes high quality photography featuring your listing (interiors, exteriors) along with a self-customizable property website, unique domain name and self-customizable marketing package for flyers, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more. Easy-to-use interface makes your editing a breeze.

Price is based upon square footage. Please include finished basement square footage and/or any additional buildings/areas to be photographed. Homes with extensive outdoor grounds will incur additional surcharge.

Property Aerials

Aerials can truly elevate (pun intended!) your property's appeal! Showcase it's proximity to beaches, ponds, parks, schools or downtown areas. On a cul-de-sac? Show it! You can add-on aerials to any package for a discounted price. Must be same-day as property shoot and is subject to weather conditions.

PROPERTY VIDEOS

Property videos are all about eliciting a feeling. You have a short window to capture the attention of a buyer, so we make the most of it!

Social media analytics show that videos attract the most attention, but also that people lose interest quickly. A "whole home tour" is not the way to go. They may lose interest before reaching the part of the home that is the most special. You want to entice them to come and see it in person. To fall in love with that special something.

As a team, we work with you and the homeowner to discover that "something" and make it the focus in a short 60 second video perfect for social media. The result is a homeowner tearing up, and a buyer showing up. From basic reels, to the whole shebang, we've got you covered no matter your budget!

*Note: Video turnaround varies based upon services ordered and length. Please check before ordering if you have a hard deadline.*

Pricing is done on a per project basis. We can accommodate agent walk-throughs, or can script a custom voice over. (Kerry is a professional voice over talent!)
